Our Membership Club in Phoenix is an affordable way for you to receive quality care without insurance.

Our Loyalty Program has different options according to your needs. Each plan covers biannual exams and cleanings, needed X-rays, two fluoride treatments, and at least one emergency exam. We also have additional plans available that cater to complex dental needs.

Professional dental cleanings (2 per year)
